Hi All we got a little drunk last night to bring in the New Year so for all happy New Year & all the best look forward to seeing some beautiful images this year!!

Hi all 3 of my landscape images have been ranked in the top 50 images over night with some big names around with the likes of Tony Hewitt just name one!! I think this is a big achievement to have one in the top 50 let alone 3!! I’m looking forward to the Pano awards which are coming up early next year!!

To all WordPress bloggers a merry Xmas & Happy New Year it’s been a great year where we have all posted some amazing images!!  Since this year is still not quite over I’m sure we still have some photo’s to take???  So to my expanded wordpress family you guys know who you all are have a safe Xmas & a prosperous new year!!  We can all head into the new year looking forward to a fresh start & a new outlook on life!!  No doubt that we have all had our ups & downs this year but we all draw inspiration from each other I’m sure.  I think this is what makes the wordpress community so good we all share our thoughts about ones images image in a positive manner!!  Merry Xmas all!!!!!!!

Hi All this is an image from the Sydney Telstra 500 one of the rare car shots we took!!  hehe only kidding!!  This is a new event on the V8 supercar circus awesome track to say the least.  Too bad thou there is enough spectator space & view for the average joe blow to take photo’s that was a little dissapointing. Yes if you haven’t guessed by now I’m a lowndesy fan!!  Not such a good weekend for him thou.  Anyhow time to go shoot again!!

Hey guys I think Dan Capo has posted something similar!!  The lighting was just so intense the was last weekend at Sydney Olympic Park for the Telstra 500 V8 Supercar race!!  I added a texture into this one I wanted to bring out a little more detail into the clouds!!  Everyone watching the V8’s thought we were mad taking photo’s of steel posts!!  Yes we took some photo’s of the cars as well.

I loved the simplicity of this shot!!  The colours of the grass was just sensational!! right place at the right time yes Daniel was shooting people again!! hehehe.  I have added a texture to this shot warming the grass up a little!!  I will post a tutorial on this one!!

Just a photo of the Golf course from the Miracle babies charity day!! This is a charity that Daniel & I are proud to be a part of to Melinda & all the girls at Miracle babies you girls rock & deserve every success with Miracle babies.  The work you girls do is nothing short of stunning!!  Keep up the good!!

Hey guys Daniel & I shot a golf charity day for Miracle babies last friday these are a couple of images that I got from the day!!  These were taken with my Canon 1Ds MKIII as my Canon1D MKIII has been stolen!!  Yes stolen!!!  Anyhow I would loved to have a quicker camera but not to be!!  But a 22mp image is still good thou!! The sharpness out of the 100-400mm  is just outstanding as you can see.

Since we had our flight delayed 8hrs in Bangkok!!  What else do you do???  Take photo’s & hope not to get busted by local authorities!! I love my 14mmMKII wide angle!! This one has been HDR’d as well!!!  Bangkok Airport is bloody big for people that haven’t been there!! Very modern Architecture!! as you can see I think Daniel has also posted an image of the airport as well giving a perspective of the width!!  this is looking up directly onto the ceiling whilst walking down to the boarding gates……  This was on the way to Italy!!  Also used a very slight texture on this shot mainly on the sails!!

This was a pretty cold day & yes it was raining again!! Go figure!!  Anyhow while Daniel was stuffing his face with a Pork roll I seen this just fall off a tree whilst we were hanging around!!  So as you do I took a photo of it!!  The leaf against the texture of the cobble stones really got my eye!!  Did I mention that my Uncle Roberto was with us on this particular day?  He decided that he would come with us & show us some sights around this old town called “Frascati” personally I think he had other ideas like take us drinking!!  Did I mention we also stopped in at a Cantina where they sell wine straight out of the barrels!!  OMG we were smashed by the time we left!!  Any how a day that Daniel & I would not forget in a long time!!  Oh yeah my Uncle Roberto he had to drive!!  hehehe
