Concrete Silos

•October 13, 2011 • 2 Comments

On site today at a concrete plant these two silos really stood out the weather was coming over thick & fast & having just got the Blad back from a service I wanted to test it out!!  Well this camera just keeps getting better!!  The firmware update that was put the camera yesterday is just insane!!  It’s amazing what they are doing with Firmware updates..  Anyway I decided not to sharpen this image at all this is straight out of camera & my B&W technique applied. The detail is F_____king awesome…  GO HASSELBLAD!!!!

Hey All spent some time shooting up at the blue mountains with my good friend Tom Putt & Daniel Simms.  This was on the way down into the Grand Canyon we stumbled upon these beautiful trees so I took three images & stitched them together.  The clarity is amazing.  I love my Blad. f16 @ 1sec 4 stop ND filter.

I’ve shot this place a couple times already with great results but this time I took a different approach I did my black & white technique & then added a slight sepia toning to the image to give it a bit of grungy look this image will go on the wall at home I think!!!  f22 5sec 50sio 4stop ND filter. Ohh of course shot on my Hasselblad H4D50 this camera rocks.
